Participants given the printed Understanding Breastfeeding book with online content. This class fulfills the prerequisite for Breastfeeding and Pumping for Working Moms Class, and participants receive a 50% discount on that class.

Breastfeeding and Pumping for Working Moms
This class may be attended before birth or with your baby. Transition to breastfeeding while working is covered, including:
- What type of pump and equipment you will need
- How and when to pump
- Breast milk storage
- Introducing a bottle
- Pump cleaning
- Common challenges and how to handle them
- Breastfeeding or a breastfeeding class is a prerequisite.
