Maternity Classes and Tours

Childbirth educators teach our free prenatal classes at the hospital and will help guide you toward a healthy pregnancy. Prepared childbirth, breastfeeding and newborn care classes address an expectant parent's questions and concerns about pregnancy, delivery and recovery. Expectant mothers should register for classes at approximately 28-30 weeks of pregnancy.

Our tours will prepare your family by knowing what to expect before, during and after the baby arrives. We encourage all expectant families to tour the maternity unit before the birth of their baby. This will help you become familiar with our facilities, so you'll know exactly where to go and what to do when the magic moment arrives.

We are currently offering tours by appointment only. Please contact our Lactation Nurse at 478-765-4502 for more information.
