Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program
If you are looking to find some educational opportunities or request a transcript, you’ve come to the right place.
The Piedmont Healthcare CME Program is accredited by the Medical Association of Georgia to provide continuing medical education for physicians (MD/DO).
Our goal is to be the main source of professional continuing education for clinicians through offering comprehensive, convenient, and relevant educational opportunities that:
- Supports life-long learning
- Improves professional knowledge, competence, and performance
- Fulfills state licensing and other requirements for continuing professional education
We are in the process of moving towards Interprofessional Continuing Education, where we will be able to accredit education for the team, by the team with one application and approval process. Contact the CME Program for additional information about this exciting development!
What We Do
- Develop, deliver, and manage relevant continuing medical education
- Ensure compliance with ACCME criteria for all accredited educational activities
- Review, approve, and oversee all CME activities
- Attendance reporting for provider re-licensure, re-credentialing, and re-certification
