Piedmont Cancer Symposium: Clinical Co-Management of the Cancer Patient – III
The program planners and presenters have no conflict of interest related to this course, financial or otherwise. 7.5 contact hours will be awarded upon successful completion of attendance at 80% of the event and submission of an evaluation form.

Welcome to Piedmont Cancer’s third annual symposium for primary care providers and internists.

As the supply of medical oncologists continues to lag behind demand, you will need to become more comfortable with the appropriate aspects of care for your cancer patients. We have designed this year’s course to help you achieve a higher level of understanding about cancer and its treatment, and have thereby comprised our faculty of oncologists with whom you will be working – giving us a unique opportunity to build a strong and collaborative partnership.

Because you play a key role in the early detection of cancer by identifying and recommending the appropriate screenings for your patients, Dr. Brawley will bring you the latest thinking - and a great deal of enthusiasm - about the value of preventing advanced stage cancer.

We hope you find the program of value.
