COVID-19: Safety Comes First

Protecting You is Our Priority

Get the essential treatments you need from the doctors you trust. Safety measures have slowed the spread of COVID-19, and we’re booking appointments as well as resuming essential surgeries and procedures.

As we restart, we’ll continue to follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and other experts. Your safety is our top priority as we #KeepCaringOn.

Visitor Policies

To protect the safety of our patients and staff, visitation is currently limited at all Piedmont hospitals except in special circumstances.

Restrictions may differ slightly by location. Find out what patients and visitors need to know at your hospital:

At Piedmont clinics, the following visitor restrictions are in place:

  • Approved visitors may accompany the patient in the patient’s room but cannot be present during aerosol-producing procedures.
  • All other visitors must remain in the car outside of the waiting area.
  • All staff screened at entrance via a signs/symptoms quarantine screen.
  • Visitors are required to wear a face mask.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home and book a Telehealth visit with a Piedmont Urgent Care provider at to be screened. If you have emergency warning signs, seek medical care immediately.
