Kidney Transplant Support Group

Piedmont Transplant Institute, in partnership with Apex Health Innovations, offers a monthly support group to anyone whose life is affected by kidney disease. We are encouraged to come together to learn, to share mutual experiences and to support each other throughout the kidney disease process. Pre-kidney transplant patients, patients on dialysis, post-kidney transplant patients, living donors, caregivers, friends and family members and ALL are encouraged to attend!
