Non-Employee Membership Rates
Piedmont Hospital Health and Fitness Club wants to help you realize your fitness goals. We recommend that you become a Club member; however, we do offer some non-membership opportunities. Click here to view a list of class rates. (Links to Non-Member Class Rates page below.)
Initiation fee and two months' dues are to be paid upon joining. Automatic monthly debit from checking account, charge card or 10% discount for annual payment of dues. A one-month written notice is required to cancel membership.
