ZENRICH 21-Day Meditation Exploration

Are you interested in learning more about meditation but find it daunting? Maybe you have tried it before but think you aren't good at it? Now is your chance to jumpstart a meditation practice for yourself within the supportive container of a group.

Meditation is an ancient practice with numerous benefits, including soothing the nervous system, building neuroplasticity, developing psychological resilience, improving digestion, and lowering blood pressure. 

This challenge will explore a variety of meditation practices: "lovingkindness," walking meditation, traditional yoga meditation, and silent sitting. In addition, there is a weekly virtual meeting where participants discuss their experiences and work on journaling techniques and daily challenge activities to help strengthen the "mindfulness muscle."

Feel free to participate in one day or all 21! The intro meeting will review all of the details and structure. This entire challenge is via Zoom.
