"Master Your Microbiome" Gut Health Challenge

Join Piedmont Women's Heart for an 18-day challenge to optimize your gut functioning. We will be incorporating gut-friendly foods, intermittent fasting and whole-food-plant-based nutrition to reset and cleanse our gut health. Get the foundational knowledge you need to master your microbiome and apply it to your daily routine. We will be joined by gut health expert Beth Holland of Rolling Acres Wellness for our first week, then move into intermittent fasting techniques for week two and end our last week with whole food plant-based nutrition.
