Location: Virtual Webex Seminar
The Piedmont Kidney Transplant Seminar is in its 6th year of offering insights into the transplant process for patients living with CKD Stage 5. The 2024 seminar looks at the necessary collaboration among professionals to support the patient and achieve successful post-transplant outcomes. Specifically, attendees to this seminar will walk through the transplant process as would a patient to determine transplant candidacy. While doing so, the professionals will learn of opportunities for success, common pitfalls as well as resources to mobilize to help patients better navigate the process.
The goal of this seminar is that attendees will walk away full of hope for their patients that transplant is becoming more and more accessible and that those living with transplants are exceeding quality of life expectations.
