Does Piedmont primary care providers offer virtual visits?

Piedmont primary care now offers virtual visits. Virtual visits, also known as telehealth or video visits, allow you to meet with Piedmont primary care providers from the comfort of your home via smart phone, tablet, or computer.

  • Use for COVID-19, cold, cough, fever or flu-like symptom evaluation; medication refills; Medicare annual wellness visits; test results reviews; changing treatment plans; behavioral health, including depression and anxiety; follow-ups after hospital discharge. 
  • Available Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (hours may vary by provider) 
  • Insurance or self-pay accepted; same cost as in-person visit
  • Resources: Step by step instruction guide or instructional video.
What type of insurance does Piedmont accept?
