We know that convenience matters. If you have a video-enabled device and are in Georgia or South Carolina, you can connect with a provider virtually. Receive care from your home, car, office or wherever you are. This video will help you learn how to start your upcoming appointment directly from your Piedmont MyChart app.
Step-by-step instructions
- Log in to Piedmont MyChart from the app or a web browser.
- Navigate to Appointments from your home screen or using the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
- Click the button labeled eCheck-in.
- Verify your personal information, insurance and complete any necessary questionnaires, then hit Submit.
- Return to the Appointments screen and select your Video Visit.
- Click the button Begin visit to enter the virtual visit and wait for your provider to join. It's usually about 15 minutes at the most.
