Hassle-free virtual visits
Overview
We know that convenience matters. As long as you have a video-enabled computer, tablet, or smartphone and are in the state of Georgia or South Carolina, you can log in to our virtual waiting room to talk to the next available provider from your home, car, office, or wherever you are. This video will help you learn how to start your upcoming appointment directly from your Piedmont MyChart app.
Step-by-step instructions
- Log in to Piedmont MyChart from the app or a web browser.
- Navigate to Appointments from your home screen or using the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
- Click the button labeled eCheck-in.
- Verify your personal information, insurance and complete any necessary questionnaires, then hit Submit.
- Return to the Appointments screen and select your Video Visit.
- Click the button Begin visit to enter the virtual visit and wait for your provider to join (usually about 15 minutes at the most).
