Body scan is an effective technique for working with awareness and attention, enhancing one's ability to reach a meditative state of consciousness, and reconnecting with one's body.

This audio recording will guide you through a 15-minute guided body scan meditation exercise.  You can also listen to a sitting meditation or both mindful meditation exercises (35 minutes).  Learn more about mindfulness.
