Complimentary services

All of our services are provided at no cost, thanks to the generosity of our donors.

When someone you love is diagnosed with dementia, it can be difficult to know what to do. That's when Piedmont's Sixty Plus Services can help. Our team walks with you and your family through the physical, emotional and financial challenges that can accompany a dementia diagnosis.

Our caring, compassionate social workers have years of training and expertise to help you create a plan that’s right for you and your caregiver(s).

Clinical social workers at Sixty Plus consult with older adults experiencing memory loss and their family caregivers. Either the older adult or the caregiver must use Piedmont physicians to qualify for this service. There are no fees involved, but donations are appreciated and are tax-deductible.
