Rebuild your life
We recognize that having access to high-quality, outpatient behavioral health care services is essential for the overall health of our community. That’s why we’re pleased to offer outpatient behavioral health services with a comprehensive approach to caring for you and your family.
Our friendly staff includes psychiatrists, certified and registered psychiatric nurse practitioners, master’s-level therapists, and professional counselors, each committed to seeing our clients not just cope, but thrive.
Our outpatient therapy services include:
Intensive outpatient mental health treatment
Depending on your circumstances, your health care provider may recommend intensive outpatient treatment (IOP). IOP may be a good fit for you if you:
- Don’t require inpatient hospitalization, but need more clinical structure and support than you find in traditional outpatient settings.
- Are transitioning from inpatient care to outpatient care and need extra support in your recovery.
The primary advantage of IOP is that you can start rebuilding your personal life and mending your important family ties right away because you live at home and participate in intensive outpatient treatment. Clients have the opportunity to practice and apply skills learned in therapy in real-life settings, such as home and work. Through the intensive outpatient treatment program, you can establish a foundation for long-term personal growth in your local community.
IOP can help treat:
- Severe depression without acute suicidality
- Bipolar disorder
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Schizophrenia
- Severe anxiety disorders
- Severe obsessive-compulsive disorders
Dual diagnosis treatment program
The dual diagnosis treatment program meets the physical, psychological, educational and social needs of individuals who have a significant mental illness and evidence or history of addiction or substance abuse. Recovery planning focuses on helping you develop and maintain a substance-free lifestyle while also managing your unique behavioral health symptoms.
Our skilled practitioners are trained to treat clients of all ages, with treatment options including psychopharmacology (medication), individual psychotherapy, psychotherapy for couples and families, and group counseling. All of our services are provided in a modern, comfortable atmosphere, and our team members are committed to your privacy and confidentiality. Our goal is to empower you to find new ways to confront—and overcome—life’s challenges.
Intensive outpatient chemical dependency treatment
If you have a substance use disorder, IOP may be recommended if you don’t need medically supervised detox. It can also enable you to continue your recovery following successful detox on a part-time yet intensive schedule, designed to accommodate your work and family life.
With the intensive outpatient treatment program, you don’t have to wait until you return from living away in a rehab center. We help you establish a foundation for long-term recovery support in your local community right from the start of your treatment.
