Advanced lung disease program

We are proud to serve as Georgia’s first designated Care Center Network awarded by the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Our Advanced Lung Disease (ALD) program offers a comprehensive approach to diagnosing, treating and providing specialty care for patients with complex lung conditions. Our multidisciplinary team includes pulmonologists and advanced practice providers that are trained in the specialized evaluation and treatment of advanced lung diseases. We work collaboratively to develop treatment plans, fully manage the disease state and participate in improving therapies through ongoing research.

An exclusive ALD Support Team assists pulmonologists in managing many patient concerns. With our physicians' guidance, our team aid patients in treating the complications caused by their diseases. Additionally, our team assists patients in obtaining specialty medications and works to resolve issues such as side effects and medication affordability. When you need assistance, we are one call away.

We are committed to providing our patients and their caregivers with the highest quality, evidence-based comprehensive care. We offer ongoing support with onsite support groups and educational opportunities. Our daily goals are to improve patients’ understanding of their disease and overall quality of life.
