Piedmont will continue our already strict decontamination processes, including the use of EPA-approved virus-killing products to clean and disinfect exam rooms and high-touch areas. All our facilities follow operating procedures consistent with CDC guidelines, government requirements and our healthcare system’s Infection Prevention and Epidemiology recommendations.
Physicians, other providers, and staff will wear personal protective equipment at all times.
Surgical or medical (e.g. KN95, N95) masks should be worn inside all Piedmont facilities. Masks will be provided, if needed.
Patients will be asked to stay in their cars until receiving a call or text from the office to enter. Inside our offices, we are enforcing social distancing and spacing chairs at least 6 feet apart.
Visitation is limited. If a family member or caregiver is necessary for some aspect of patient care, they will be pre-screened in the same way as patients and employees. This is subject to change based on ongoing CDC and Department of Health recommendations.

For your appointment, you must wear a mask or face covering from home. Please bring all your current medications, ID, insurance card, copay, and referral if required by your insurance provider.
