Description:
The purpose of this study is to study renal denervation with the Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation system in patients with varying severity of uncontrolled high blood pressure and associated conditions. The focus of this study is to collect information that will allow the study sponsor to see if the system is safe, how well it works and for how long it works.
