Employees, patients and visitors are encouraged to bring any concern or complaint to the attention of a manager at Piedmont Healthcare. We will work to address and resolve the issue in a professional manner. If we do not address the issue to your satisfaction, you are encouraged to report a concern or register a complaint with DNV GL Healthcare. You may do so by calling 1-866-496-9647 or filling out an online Patient Complaint Report* on the DNV GL Healthcare website.
 

For concerns related to Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown and Northside Campuses:

Piedmont Columbus Regional is in the process of transitioning to DNV GL Healthcare for its accreditation services. Currently, the Midtown Campus Primary Stroke program and the Northside Campus Sleep Lab are still certified by the Joint Commission.

We welcome direct contact and pride ourselves on response to patient concerns. If anyone has any unresolved patient safety or quality of care concerns related to the stroke program, encourage patients to contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation one of the following ways:
