Employees, patients and visitors are encouraged to bring any concern or complaint to the attention of a manager at Piedmont Healthcare. We will work to address and resolve the issue in a professional manner. If we do not address the issue to your satisfaction, you are encouraged to report a concern or register a complaint with DNV GL Healthcare. You may do so by calling 1-866-496-9647 or filling out an online Patient Complaint Report on the DNV GL Healthcare website.
 

For concerns related to Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown and Northside Campuses:

Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown and Northside Campuses are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Piedmont Columbus Regional Board of Directors has chosen to be accredited by this voluntary organization, which deals organizational quality of care issues and the safety of the environment in which care is provided.

If anyone has any unresolved patient safety or quality of care concerns, we encourage patients to contact the hospital administration through our Ethics & Compliance Hotline at 1-855-795-3609. We welcome direct contact and pride ourselves on response to patient concerns. However, if the concern remain unresolved we encourage patients to contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation.
