Survey Methods
Piedmont Healthcare contracts with Press Ganey Associates, Inc. to conduct unbiased, objective patient experience surveys. These surveys are mailed and emailed to randomly selected patients after discharge. Patients who elect to participate answer a series of questions rating their experiences on a five-point scale (Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor and Very Poor) in eight categories.
