Our virtual care brings high-quality health care from experts you can trust right to you, on any device. These visits allow you to see a provider remotely, making it easy and convenient. Most visits are conducted over video, and all you need to get started is a video-enabled computer, tablet or smartphone. And because all Piedmont virtual visits are HIPAA-compliant, you and your family can have peace of mind knowing your information is safe and secure.

- Cough, cold or flu
- Heartburn or upset stomach
- Sinus infections and sore throat
- Poison ivy and other rashes
- UTIs or yeast infections
For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or seek treatment at your nearest emergency department.
Hassle-free care on your schedule
Our virtual care program makes it easy to balance a busy schedule while prioritizing your health. We offer several easy, convenient options:
On-demand care
No appointment required; enter a queue to be seen by the first available provider.
- Typical wait time is 15 minutes.
- Available Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.; weekends, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Insurance or self-pay accepted.
- Patients must be 6 years or older. A parent or guardian must accompany patients under the age of 18 for their video visit.
Schedule with your provider
- Visit a Piedmont provider at a scheduled time.
- Available Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Insurance or self-pay accepted; same cost as in-person visit.
Chat with a provider
- Message with a provider in a secure chat experience; no video required.
- Available Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.; weekends, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Insurance accepted or self-pay ($25/visit).
QuickCare video visit
- Convenient care for minor issues with a dedicated nurse practitioner.
- Book an appointment that works for you within the next 7 days.
- Insurance and self-pay accepted.

Piedmont is making it easier than ever to manage all of your care in one place. Piedmont MyChart is our secure patient portal that also supports virtual care, giving you access to care anytime, anywhere. With a Piedmont MyChart account, you can:
