We offer Home Health Care services in the following counties: Aiken, Barrow, Bullock, Burke, Candler, Clarke, Columbia, Edgefield, Emanuel, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Jenkins, Johnson, Madison, McDuffie, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Richmond, Rockdale, Screven and Washington. Our Home Infusion Pharmacy serves a larger area.

Types of Home Health We Offer
Skilled Care: Licensed nurses and therapists provide doctor-ordered care at your home. Insurance can usually be filed. Our Skilled Care team may help if you:
- Have been in the hospital or had surgery recently.
- Need help concerning the medication your doctor prescribed.
- Need help learning how to take care of your diabetes, heart failure or other chronic disease.
If you need private duty services such as help with chores around the house, transportation to doctor’s appointments or sitter services, please get in touch with Community Connection 211 to obtain a list of agencies that provide these services. In most cases, you will pay out of pocket for these services.
