Our home health services provide one-on-one care in the comfort of your own home, whether you’re recovering from an illness, injury or surgery.
We've been providing quality home care services since 1998 and are licensed by the State of Georgia, certified by Medicare and accredited by the Joint Commission. Our home health nurses are available around the clock to help you achieve your function and mobility goals. We also guide families in how to best help their loved one.

Local support
Licensed nurses and therapists provide physician-ordered care in your home. Insurance can usually be filed for these services. Our skilled care team may help if you:
- Have recently been in the hospital or had surgery.
- Need help with the medication your doctor prescribed.
- Need assistance learning how to take care of your diabetes, heart failure or other chronic disease.
If you need private duty services such as help with chores around the house, transportation to doctor’s appointments or sitter services, please get in touch with Community Connection 211 to obtain a list of agencies that provide these services. In most cases, you will pay out of pocket for these services.
