Substance Abuse Treatment - Transition and Aftercare

An essential part of chemical dependency services is helping patients make sound decisions concerning the next recovery stage following discharge. Our counselors work with patients to help them find the best recovery resources available. We offer a once-a-week evening aftercare group at no charge.

Inpatients attend a 12-step meeting at the hospital each week. When it's time for discharge, we'll help patients and family members locate 12-step meetings that are close to their homes.
