Survey Methods
Piedmont Healthcare contracts with Press Ganey Associates, Inc. to conduct unbiased, objective patient experience surveys. These surveys are emailed to patients after their visit. Patients who elect to participate answer a series of questions rating their experiences on a five-point scale (Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor and Very Poor) in six categories.
