Inclement weather notice

Please be advised that in the event of inclement weather, individual Piedmont locations may adjust their hours of operation. If you have an appointment or need care, please contact your appointment location to confirm hours before traveling, or check Piedmont MyChart for your appointment status. For hospital outpatient appointments, please call the Patient Connection Center at 855-537-0506.

All appointments cancelled due to inclement weather closings will need to be rescheduled. The practice office staff will contact you to reschedule your care. If you do not hear from your doctor’s office within two days of reopening, please call to reschedule your appointment. You can also reschedule appointments through your Piedmont MyChart account.

All locations will reopen when weather conditions are considered safe for both patients and staff.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening illness or injury - such as major head trauma, chest pain, severe abdominal pain or loss of consciousness - call 911 immediately or go directly to an emergency room.
