Walton County YMCA to host two free Medicare enrollment information sessions
Monroe, Ga. (November 6, 2025) – The Walton County YMCA will host two more free Medicare 101 information sessions to help residents understand their options during Medicare open enrollment.
The session will be held from noon to 12:30 p.m. in the Walton County YMCA boardroom at 1101 Double Springs Church Road, Monroe, on Thursday, Nov. 13, and Thursday, Nov. 20.
Led by Susie Payne, RN, a Piedmont Walton community nurse educator who oversees health education programs at the Walton County YMCA, the sessions are designed for individuals who are turning 65 or are already enrolled in Medicare and have questions about their coverage.
Attendees will learn about Medicare Parts A, B, C and D, coverage options, enrollment deadlines and tips for selecting the right plan.
The sessions are free and open to the public. No registration is required, and you do not need to be a member of the YMCA to attend.
