Piedmont Urgent Care announced the grand opening of two new locations throughout Atlanta.

Atlanta, Ga. (December 22, 2025) – Piedmont Urgent Care announced the grand opening of two new locations throughout Atlanta. The latest location opened December 19 in the Cascade community at 3752 Cascade Road, Suite 110, Atlanta, GA 30331. On December 12, Piedmont Urgent Care opened in the Vinings area at 2810 Paces Ferry Road SE, Atlanta, GA 30339.

The clinics offer walk-in urgent care services for adults and children, serving as a high-quality, convenient alternative to emergency departments and primary care offices for non-emergency conditions.

These new locations are part of a network of 82 Piedmont Urgent Care centers throughout Georgia, underscoring Piedmont’s continued commitment to meeting the health care needs of communities across the state. Piedmont Urgent Care is operated as part of a joint venture with WellStreet Urgent Care, a leader in health system urgent care expansion, development and operations.

“Expanding into these communities allows us to improve access to trusted, high-quality care in an area where convenience truly matters,” said Michelle Fisher, Piedmont president of primary care and retail services. “Whether managing an unexpected illness or seeking care after hours, this new location ensures families have exceptional, reliable care close to home.”

The new centers, opening ahead of peak flu and respiratory season, will treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries, including flu, colds, sprains, minor fractures, ear infections, and more. Patients will also have access to on-site digital X-ray, rapid testing, and treatment for multiple viruses, including influenza A and B, COVID-19, RSV, strep, and others—supporting quick diagnoses and timely care.

“The opening of Piedmont Urgent Care clinics reflects our shared goal of delivering patient-centered, convenient care where communities need it most,” said Lisa Mikkelsen, CEO of WellStreet Urgent Care. “Together with Piedmont, we’re continuing to expand access and make high-quality urgent care more accessible for families across the region.”

The clinic will be open seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and patients can walk in or reserve a spot online to reduce wait times. For more information or to book ahead, visit Piedmont Urgent Care.
