Piedmont Rockdale offers free sports physicals for high school student athletes

Conyers, Ga. (April 7, 2026) – Piedmont Rockdale Hospital is partnering with Piedmont QuickCare at Walgreens and Piedmont Orthopedics | OrthoAtlanta to provide free sports physicals for high school student athletes. The event will take place on Saturday, April 18 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Building A of the hospital, located at 1412 Milstead Avenue, Conyers, Ga., 30012.

Students must be a current high school student or rising 9th-12th grade student for the 2026-2027 school year.

Interested community members should:

  • Bring your Georgia High School Association form.
  • Fill out the HISTORY portion of the form BEFORE you arrive.
  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Parents should bring an ID/driver’s license, a required part of Piedmont’s security procedure.
