Fayetteville, Ga. (April 27, 2026) – Piedmont has expanded access to primary care options with the opening of its second location in Fayetteville, Piedmont Primary Care at Fayette West.
The new location is 1250 Hwy. 54, Suite 102 in Fayetteville.
“We are excited to be able to expand access to quality care in Fayetteville as we know patients in some areas of the state can have long waits for an appointment to be seen by a primary care provider,” said Michelle Fisher, Piedmont’s President of Primary Care & Retail Services. “Having a network of primary care providers here will help the community stay ahead of their long-term health by providing convenient access.”
Primary care providers (PCPs), including doctors and advanced practice practitioners, are important in helping manage the overall health of patients. PCPs have a wide range of responsibilities including regular checkups, developing plans to help to prevent diseases, coordinating care, and diagnosing and treating illnesses, injuries and other health conditions.
“Having another avenue for patients to work with a medical professional to monitor and manage their health and underlying health issues is a great win for the community,” said Stephen Porter, CEO of Piedmont Fayette. “These new providers will be a great asset in developing personalized and preventative care for each patient that can lead to more positive health outcomes.”
Noor Ul Ain Munira Naz Qureshi, M.D., is accepting new patients at the new location.
Dr. Qureshi earned her medical degree from Dow Medical College, Pakistan and is board-certified in Internal Medicine. She specializes in internal medicine with a special interest in screening, health maintenance, obesity and management of chronic conditions.
Appointments are available for services such as well and sick visits, annual exams, vaccinations and immunizations, preventative care, women’s health and wellness, and more. Patients will also have access to same-day appointments, online scheduling, and video visits for safe access to Piedmont’s care team.
