Piedmont Oncology's Luminaria event raises $1.4 million for cancer research, wellness programs

Atlanta, Ga. (October 27, 2026) — Piedmont Oncology’s second annual Luminaria gala held on October 24 at the St. Regis Atlanta raised more than $1.4 million to support the ongoing expansion of cancer research and cancer wellness programming across the Piedmont Healthcare system.

Attended by more than 450 people and emceed by WSB-TV anchor Wendy Corona, the event began with a reception and silent auction followed by a dinner program that featured physician presentations, a patient story, a live auction, and live music.
