Fayetteville, Ga. (May 28, 2026) - Piedmont Neuroscience of Fayetteville, the practice featuring neurologist and movement disorder specialist Evan Johnson, M.D., is moving from their offices in the 1265 Building on the campus of Piedmont Fayette Hospital to a new address only a few hundred yards away from the hospital.
“The move allows us to continue to grow and see more patients comfortably,” said Dr. Johnson.

Dr. Jordan Long, a new provider, will join the team this September.
