Lagrange, Ga. (March 24, 2026) - Piedmont Heart Institute is now offering cardiology services in LaGrange, as of last month.
Cardiologist Sanjay Sarin, MD, will see patients at the LaGrange location on Mondays and Fridays and will see new cardiology patients, do follow-up appointments, EKGs and pre-op clearance.
“We noticed a need for cardiology services in this market with patients driving close to an hour or more for routine appointments and wanted to bring care closer to home for LaGrange and the surrounding areas,” Dr. Sarin said. “When we provide screenings and routine care in locations convenient to our patients, they are more likely to seek care and stay on top of their heart health, resulting in better outcomes.”
Dr. Sarin specializes in clinical cardiology. A graduate of the University College of Medical Sciences at New Delhi, India, he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine, as well as his cardiology fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. He has several publications and award-winning presentations to his credit. Dr. Sarin is a member of the American College of Cardiology and American Heart Association. Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and its subspecialty Board of Cardiovascular Disease, he has a special interest in advanced cardiac imaging.
Piedmont Heart of Lagrange is located at 1015 LaFayette Parkway, Suite 130, in LaGrange.
