(August 17, 2026) — Piedmont Cartersville is pleased to welcome Evelyn Ogbomoh, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician, who is now seeing patients of all ages at Piedmont Primary Care in Cartersville. Dr. Ogbomoh specializes in comprehensive family medicine, with special interests in weight management and women's health.
Dr. Ogbomoh earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences and is board-certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians. She provides preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness visits, and personalized treatment plans for patients ranging from newborns to older adults.
As a family medicine physician, Dr. Ogbomoh is dedicated to building long-term relationships with patients and partnering with them throughout every stage of life. Her clinical interests include helping patients achieve and maintain a healthy weight, promoting preventive care, and supporting women's health needs.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ogbomoh enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new places, reading science fiction novels, watching sci-fi movies and visiting libraries.
