Piedmont Athens home health named to Newsweek's 2026 America's Best Home Health Agencies list

Athens, Ga. (March 30, 2026) -- Piedmont Athens Regional’s Home Health department has been named one of Newsweek’s America’s Best Home Health Agencies 2026, a national recognition highlighting excellence in patient care, quality outcomes and professional reputation.

The inaugural annual ranking, developed in partnership with data research firm Statista, evaluates home health providers across the country using a combination of peer recommendations, patient experience scores and performance metrics. The list aims to help patients and families identify high-performing home health agencies that deliver safe, reliable and compassionate care.
