For your convenience, Piedmont Atlanta offers additional services – ranging from spiritual to financial support to dining, transportation and accommodation options.
Information Desk
Located in the Marcus Tower lobby. Open weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and weekends from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Services Include:

- Listing of area hotels
- Hospital way-finding maps
ATM
A Peoples First ATM, with access to other banks via HONOR, is available near the gift shop in Building 2.
Cafeteria
The Collier Cafeteria is in the 77 Building, Mezzanine Level (the main hospital on the ground floor). You can reach the cafeteria at 404-605-3380.
Cafeteria Hours:
- Breakfast: 6:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Daily)
- Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Daily)
- Dinner: 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday)
- Closed on Holidays
The Collier Cafeteria accepts Credit and ATM Cards as well as Apple Pay. The cafeteria does not accept cash.
Other food options available in the hospital include:
- Local Pop-Up restaurants are staged in front of the Collier Café M-F from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and for dinner on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m..
- Starbucks - Located in the lobby of the Tower, Starbucks is open daily from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Panera Bread - is located in the Main Lobby of the Marcus Tower next to Starbucks. Panera is open seven days a week from 5:30 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Orders can be placed for pick-up by using the Panera App.
- Piedmont Atlanta is partnering with sweetgreen outpost as a designated delivery destination. Orders can be placed through their app or visit order.sweetgreen.com. Orders can be picked up in the main lobby of Building 2 across from the Gift Shop.
- Vending Machines are located in the Emergency Room, first-floor lobby of the 1984 building and in front of the Collier Café located on the M level of the 77 building.
Chapel
Our interfaith chapel is always open for private meditation near the main hospital entrance. More information is available at Spiritual Services.
The hospital chaplain is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by calling 404-605-3558. After normal business hours, the chaplain may be reached by dialing "0" from inside the hospital.
Upon request, the chaplain can help contact your own minister, priest or rabbi. More information is available at Spiritual Services.
Financial Services
A financial counselor is available Monday through Friday during regular business hours on the first floor of the hospital's north wing. To talk to a counselor, call 404-605-3407.
Fitness Center
Visiting family members can purchase a one-day pass to work out at the Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center for $5 (showers and towels included). Located in the 2001 Peachtree Road Building, the club is accessible via a tunnel in the basement of the main hospital at the end of the north corridor. Call 404-605-1966 or go to Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center for information on hours of operation and class schedules.
Gift Shop
There are two gift shops at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.
- Main Hospital Gift Shop: Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Marcus Tower Gift Shop: Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Please note that both shops are closed on holidays.

Laundry Services
Includes a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Located in the guest center on the fourth floor of the 1984 Building. You do not have to be a guest center guest to use these facilities.
Massage
A licensed massage therapist is available by appointment at the Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center. Call 404-605-1966 for more information.
Pharmacy
A full-service retail pharmacy is located in the 35 Professional Building, lobby level.

Security
State-of-the-art monitoring, surveillance and dispatch services provide maximum security throughout the Piedmont campus (including the parking decks). Security personnel are on duty 24/7 and are easily recognizable by their traditional law enforcement uniforms and I.D. badges.
For "active" emergencies, such as a theft in progress, fire or medical emergency, call 404-605-3911. For "routine" emergencies, such as car problems, minor auto accidents, or the need for an escort, or to inquire about lost-and-found items, call 404-605-3367.
Shuttle Bus
Shuttle service is available to and from all Piedmont professional buildings and parking decks, courtesy of The Woman's Auxiliary of Piedmont Hospital. Available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call 404-605-3367 for more information.
