ATM
There are two ATM locations to serve you:
- Located by the Cafeteria entrance on the basement level of Talmadge Tower 1.
- Located at the Emergency Department entrance beside the stairs.
For service-related issues regarding the ATM, call Athens First at 706-357-7000. You can also contact Synovus Customer Service at 1-800-803-0803.
Cafeteria, Deli and Vending
The Dogwood Bistro Cafeteria
The cafeteria is located on the basement floor of Talmadge Tower 1.
- Breakfast Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Lunch Hours: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Chick-fil-A
It is located on the first floor of PAR Main Tower and offers a selection of sandwiches, salads and drinks.
Vending Machines
Our vending machines have several locations throughout the hospital:
- Atrium, Prince Tower 2, Third Floor
- Basement Floor of Talmadge Tower 1
- Family Waiting Area, Prince Tower 1, Sixth Floor
- General Surgery Waiting Area, Talmadge Tower, Second Floor
- Hallway between ER and Prince 1
The Pink Posy Gift Shop
The Pink Posy is located beside the Retail Pharmacy and across from the University Vascular Courtyard on the 1st Floor of the PAR Main Tower.

Overnight Accommodations at The Guest Houses
The Guest Houses provide a supportive environment for families to be close to their loved ones at a reasonable price. We offer suites with private baths, television, free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking for one car per room.

Piedmont Athens Regional provides free wireless Internet access throughout the hospital. Use the Piedmont-Guest Wi-Fi network on your device.
Contacting a Patient
- Flowers and Mail
Flowers will be delivered to patients' rooms by area florists during the day. Patients in the Intensive Care Units may not have flowers or balloons in their rooms. Mail will be delivered Monday through Saturday and forwarded to patients after they leave. To mail a patient at Piedmont Athens Regional, use: 1199 Prince Ave., Athens, GA 30606.
- Phone Calls to Patient Rooms
Patients may receive calls in their rooms from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. To reach a patient, dial 706-475-Room number (except in Labor and Delivery). If you do not know the room number, call 706-475-3642 and the Information Desk will transfer the call.
