Educational Objectives

At the conclusion of the conference, participants will be able to:

  • Discuss evidence-based treatment options for medical conditions commonly seen in primary care relative to the knowledge and expertise of each of the inter-professional team members.

  • Employ skills to foster inter-professional team work and team-based, collaborative care for patients with medical conditions commonly seen in the primary care setting.

The fee for this conference is $70 for non-Piedmont affiliated physicians. Piedmont affiliated physicians and other members of the medical team may attend at no charge.

CME Credit Hours

Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center is accredited by the Medical Association of Georgia to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Piedmont Athens Regional designates this live activity for a maximum of 5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
