Caramel Apple Cider Mimosa

If you want a tasty way to toast in the New Year, try a Caramel Apple Cider Mimosa. This delightful drink contains a healthy dose of apple cider, which has bacteria and acids that benefit your health. Apples are filled with antioxidants and drinking apple cider can improve digestion and lower your risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and asthma.

Just remember to drink in moderation. Moderate drinking = 1 drink/day for women and 2 drinks/day for men.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Caramel
  • 2 tbsp. cinnamon sugar
  • 1 c. apple cider
  • 8 oz. caramel vodka
  • 1 bottle champagne
  • Apple slices, for garnish

In a small dish, pour the caramel sauce. In another small dish, pour the cinnamon sugar. Next, dip the champagne flutes into caramel to rim glass, then dip in cinnamon sugar.

Pour the apple cider, caramel vodka, and champagne into flutes.

Garnish with an apple slice and serve.
