

About the Conference
The 2023 Valve and Aorta Symposium will be held on March 18, 2023 in the Shaheen Auditorium at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. We will discuss optimal management of patients with valvular heart disease via a multidisciplinary team approach. We will highlight evidence-based, guideline-directed indications for diagnosis, referral and treatment for patients.
Meeting Objectives:
- Provide a high-level overview of current transcatheter and surgical therapies to treat valvular heart disease
- Demonstrate the contributions and impact of a functional multidisciplinary team across the patient care continuum
- Explore advanced cardiac imaging and the critical role played in diagnosing and treating valvular heart disease
- Discuss the importance of optimized heart failure management and advanced treatment options beyond medical therapy
