Piedmont Healthcare is a nonprofit healthcare system comprised of 28 hospitals and over 2,000 locations that serve communities comprising 85% of Georgia’s population.
As a not-for-profit community healthcare system, we rely on the generosity of donors to make many of our programs possible. The fact is, every patient who visits a Piedmont facility is touched by our donors, whose support makes it possible to buy new equipment, improve facilities and expand research and education programs. The special events we host at our various regional locations generate proceeds used to help support these initiatives. Being a donor is possible while having a great time with friends and family.

Miracle Mile Walk

The Miracle Mile Walk is a 3-mile fun walk that supports Piedmont Augusta's Randy W. Cooper, M.D., Center for Breast Health Services and mobile mammography unit, providing lifesaving screenings to women in our community regardless of their ability to pay.
