White, Ga. (June 16, 2025) – Piedmont Cartersville proudly joined forces with Toyo Tires this week to deliver a vibrant and impactful two-day Health Fair, held on June 10th and 12th at the Toyo Tires facility in White, Georgia. With the theme “Move It, Move It! – Move Your Body, Free Your Mind,” the event brought together hundreds of Toyo Tires employees and healthcare professionals in a shared mission to promote physical health and mental well-being.

Over the course of the two mornings, more than 700 Toyo Tires employees engaged with Piedmont Cartersville’s dedicated team, who represented a wide range of specialties, including Cardiovascular and Stroke, Emergency and Trauma services, Urgent Care, Oncology, Family Care, Rehabilitation, Wound Care, Diabetes Management, and Imaging. The event was hosted in the company’s main break room, which was transformed into a hub of health education, screenings, and wellness resources.

Amy Bryant, RN, Night Shift Charge Nurse at Piedmont Cartersville, reflected on the experience: “It was inspiring to see so many employees taking time to invest in their health. Events like this remind us that wellness isn’t just about treatment—it’s about connection, prevention, and empowering people with knowledge. We’re proud to be part of that journey.”

Piedmont Cartersville staff arrived early each day, setting up branded tables and engaging displays to ensure a welcoming and informative experience. Toyo Tires employees were encouraged to ask questions, take part in practical exercises, pick up educational materials, and learn more about the health services available to them and their families.

The fair underscored Piedmont Cartersville’s commitment to community health and its ongoing partnership with local employers to support a healthier Bartow County.
