Snellville, Ga. (June 10, 2025) – Piedmont Eastside Medical Center is pleased to announce that neurologists Ogonna Iwuora, M.D.; and Paula Lee, M.D., have joined Piedmont Neurology at Eastside. The practice is located at 1700 Tree Lane, Suite 470.
Dr. Iwuora specializes in general neurology and is passionate about dementia, headache and epilepsy. She is also board-certified in neurology and neurophysiology. Dr. Iwuora earned her medical degree from the Wake Forest University School of Medicine, after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Arlington. She completed her residency at University Hospital at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, followed by a fellowship at Emory University. In her spare time, Dr. Iwuora enjoys reading fiction, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Lee joins the practice with over a decade of clinical expertise. She is board certified in epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology. Dr. Lee specializes in neurology, with a particular focus on medically refractory epilepsy, responsive neurostimulation (RNS), vagus nerve stimulation (VNS), and the care of women with epilepsy. Dr. Lee completed her undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University and she earned her medical degree from Korea University Medical College in South Korea. She then went on to complete her residency at Tufts Medical Center in Massachusetts, followed by completing a fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Illinois. Outside of her practice, Dr. Lee enjoys yoga and spending time with her family.
At the practice, the team offers several options for neurological issues, including those related to spine conditions, strokes, headaches, and more. The team will create a custom treatment approach with the latest medication, utilizing new, non-invasive techniques.
