East Ellijay, Ga. (May 22, 2025) – Piedmont Mountainside is excited to announce the grand opening of its new healthcare facilities in East Ellijay, Georgia. The community is invited to attend a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony and Open House on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. The event will take place at 370 West Highlands Drive, located just down the street from the new Aldi grocery store.
This exciting event will showcase the latest additions to the Piedmont Mountainside network, including:

- Piedmont Mountainside Outpatient Imaging Center
- Piedmont Physicians Rheumatology Mountainside
- Piedmont Heart of Ellijay
- Piedmont Physicians Obstetrics and Gynecology Ellijay
- Piedmont Physicians Primary Care of Ellijay
These new facilities represent Piedmont’s ongoing commitment to expanding access to high-quality healthcare services in the North Georgia region.
