Columbus, Ga. (April 29, 2025) – Join geriatric medicine provider Jamal Mohyuddin, M.D., with Spring Harbor at Green Island at the next Walk With a Doc event on Thursday, May 15, at Cooper Creek Park. This walk will be focused on healthy again and take place during the Columbus Parks and Rec’s annual Senior Picnic event. Check-in for the walk begins at 10 a.m., followed by warm-ups and one-mile walk at 10:30 a.m.

"I’ll be there to answer any questions you may have and share valuable information on exercise, nutrition, sleep and more that will empower you to adopt healthy habits and make positive lifestyle changes that contribute to overall health and well-being as we age," said Dr. Mohyuddin.

Additionally, the Piedmont Mobile Unit bus will be at the Senior Picnic providing blood pressure screenings and sharing more health information.
