Columbus, Ga. (December 9, 2024) – The Piedmont Columbus Regional Auxiliary hosted its 41st annual NICU Celebration and tree lighting on Friday, Dec. 6 at the Midtown Campus Conference Center.
NICU graduates got to enjoy Christmas cookies and hot chocolate while checking out activity stations with stuffed animals, books, face painting, Play PAWS pet therapy dogs, Safe Kids Columbus and Laughter League clowns. Of course Santa, Mrs. Claus, and NICU staff were there too!
Musical selections of the season were performed by the Bob Barr Band and Clubview Elementary School children's choir. The Potter Family, a NICU family, flipped the switch and lit the holiday tree. NICU graduates also were able to get their commemorative ornament, an annual tradition.
