Columbus, Ga. (October 21, 2024) – The Piedmont Columbus Regional Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council will host its inaugural Diwali dinner for Piedmont team members on Thursday, Oct. 24, from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Midtown Campus Conference Center. The celebratory dinner will feature dance performances, temporary Henna art, saree draping and the opportunity to learn traditional cultural dances.

Diwali “Festival of Lights” celebrates new beginnings and the triumph of good over evil, light over darkness and the blessings of victory, freedom and enlightenment. Piedmont is focusing on cultivating a culture where team members can all work together towards the promise of making a positive difference in every life we touch. We are continuing our education as we celebrate Diwali.
