Atlanta (May. 22, 2023) – Leaders from Piedmont, Piedmont Urgent Care by WellStreet and members of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 16 to celebrate the opening of a new Acworth location at 3345 Cobb Pkwy NW.
Having opened on April 14, 2023, this office marks the first location in Acworth, offering its services both early in the morning and late in the day, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
With a wide range of services, including EKG and digital X-ray capabilities, Piedmont Urgent Care’s convenient clinics are an alternative for urgent health needs when emergency departments are overwhelmed and primary care providers are unavailable. Offering treatment for non-life-threatening illness and injury, the locations are available seven days a week, both in-person and virtually.
