Board certified in gynecologic oncology and general obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. John McBroom is one of few gynecologic oncologists nationwide with experience in performing heated intraperitoneal chemoperfusion (HIPEC) in ovarian carcinoma. Dr. McBroom received fellowship training in gynecologic oncology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he also served as a postdoctoral research fellow at the National Cancer Institute.
