The new system, a GE HealthCare Revolution EVO Gen 5 Console, represents an investment of $122,000 in advanced imaging technology and patient-centered care.
The upgraded CT scanner offers:
- Faster image reconstruction speeds – up to 70 frames per second with standard reconstruction and 45 frames per second with advanced ASiR-V technology.
- Improved image clarity through Smart MAR metal artifact reduction and enhanced contrast tools, allowing physicians to diagnose with greater precision.
- Dose reduction features that optimize imaging quality while prioritizing patient safety.
- Enhanced patient experience with smoother scanning, a higher-capacity patient table, and integrated comfort features.
